1. How do I place an order?
You can visit our home page and browse our online store. If you would like a custom order please reach out to us via email!
2. Do you allow returns?
Yes! All items purchased have a 2 week return window. If your item is damaged upon arrival and manageable to fix, we will gladly accept your item & restore it to the best of our ability unless otherwise stated. If you accidentally break your item please reach out to us and we will consider it's restoration. If you want to return something it must be in the condition you received it. If all or one of the above applies, your money will be returned to your account as soon as the proof of shipment +tracking is received. Please send all receipts via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. No other exceptions will be considered or granted.

All major credit & debit cards, square purchases & pay pal.
5. Do you accept cancelations?
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of your purchase. Your funds will return to your account depending on your bank, in approximately 3-5 business days.
6. What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?
You always have the option to buy insurance however, prices may vary depending on where the package is going and how much it weighs. If you would like to purchase insurance make sure to give me an extra 24 hour window to collect the additional fees and and ship your items. We are not responsible for any items lost in the mail & most items may not be able to be exactly duplicated due to being uniquely made one of a kind pieces.
7. What happens if my package gets damaged?
Some items can be repaired depending on the damage. Although Redwolf Jewelry is not responsible for any damages including postal service shipment damages, We will do our best to accommodate all requests to fix damaged items.
